Key Responsibilities



Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.

Sales & Marketing Manager – Arecanut Business

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and market expansion of our arecanut business. This role focuses on bypassing traditional commodity loops to build direct relationships with industrial buyers, including FMCG companies and manufacturers of arecanut-based end products. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic market positioning and robust B2B relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Direct Channel Acquisition: Identify and establish direct sales channels with manufacturers and companies producing arecanut-based consumer goods.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Manager to lead all ERP deployments across the Group and manage future ERP projects as Project Manager. This role will serve as the technology leader for ERP initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and sustainability of ERP systems. With approximately 5 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will bring strong HR foundations, proven IR handling skills, and the ability to manage workforce dynamics in a plantation environment. Role Overview

The Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects, working closely with senior project managers and contractors. Key Responsibilities

ERP Setup & Implementation

  • Actively participate in the setup and configuration of construction ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Primavera, Procore, or equivalent).
  • Work with senior management and IT to define project workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures within the ERP.
